To say thank you, we are giving volunteers 5 raffle tickets for each shift worked the day of the event up to 20 raffle tickets!
We ask that you please sign up for a slot on the Sign-Up Genius and stop by the volunteers table inside the gym at the beginning of your shift.

Presale for tickets will start on Oct. 25th and ends on Nov. 5th. The presale cost for the tickets is $30 and $35 at the event. The event wristbands include inflatables, karaoke, crazy hair, carnival games, face painting, and tattoos. You can purchase wristbands for silly string the teachers in advance for $5 or in the gym at the event for $6 until we run out of silly string. You can preorder as many silly string wristbands as you like and one wristband will be safely removed when you receive one can of silly string. You can also purchase raffle tickets for $2 each with a minimum purchase of $10. The wristbands and raffle tickets will be delivered to your child's classroom on Nov. 7th.

Grizzfest welcomes even more, bigger and adventurous inflatables in 2024. We are Going for Gold in buckets of Fun! Inflatables provide an endless opportunity for interactive fun as well as bouncy enjoyment. There is something for big kids and the little siblings and everyone in between. This year, we have obstacle courses, bounce houses, slides, skill testers and sporting games all included with an orange activity wristband purchase. All kids are guaranteed to expend all their energy and sleep well after playing on Grizzfest inflatables!

EntertainMENT
We will have four local businesses perform a demonstration on the stage in the gym. We will also be offering face painting. Please stop by the facepainting table once you arrive at the event to sign up for the waitlist. We will send you a text message when it is your turn for face painting, so you can enjoy GrizzFest with less waiting in line! If you leave the event early, we ask that you please take your name off the waitlist. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that every child can get their face painted since we have a limited timeframe.
Sensory room
We understand that sometimes children need a few moments of quiet time if they start to get overwhelmed. We have a room available to those students. Please ask a GrizzFest committee member, who will be wearing a bright blue shirt, where the room is located.

Parking
There will not be any parking available in the school parking lots. Please plan to park on Cinco Crossing (by Beckendorff), in the Beckendorff parking lot, or in Grand Lakes. We ask that you please be respectful of the homeowners in the neighborhoods when parking. Do NOT park on South Fry Road. Please see the attached map.
Place your Blind Bid
Blind bids are group experiences that are offered at the school or are off campus gatherings for adults. Each event will have a specific number of people who can attend the event. You will need to place a bid on the item and the highest bidders will be notified that they won. Everyone’s bids will be hidden until after bidding closes on November 3 at 10 pm, so make sure to bid your highest amount.

Place your Bid on Auction Items
Auction items are individual experiences that are offered from the school or donated goods and services from the community. You will place a bid for an item through the 32 Auction website. The site will notify you if someone outbids you. You can bid as many times as you like, but bidding ends exactly at 10pm on November 8th.
